Tanya Montmean is a venture investor, entrepreneur, and former J.P. Morgan executive with over a decade of experience spanning capital markets, venture ecosystems, and startup growth. Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and North America, she has built her career at the intersection of innovation, finance, and relationship-building.
As the Founder of StartLinkVenture and creator of Venture Walks & Talks, Tanya is passionate about connecting founders, investors, operators, and industry leaders through meaningful conversations and authentic relationships. Her mission: help entrepreneurs access the capital, partnerships, and networks they need to scale — while fostering a stronger, more collaborative innovation ecosystem.
Venture Walks & Talks was born from the belief that some of the most valuable opportunities emerge outside traditional meeting rooms. By bringing together ambitious people for curated walks, discussions, and community gatherings, Tanya creates spaces where ideas are exchanged freely, partnerships are formed organically, and lasting connections are built.
